Dom po spadku, wizualizacje

Po dłuższej przerwie na blogu wracam do pracy na domem po spadku, dzisiaj troszkę wrażeniowego Rendera, pokazującego a bardziej  klimat uliczki. Chciałem uzyskać charakter wiejskiej uliczki z archetypem chat,  w której relacje pomiędzy sobą tworzą wrażeniową niską zabudowę wpisaną w charakter zobcza.

Render  oraz model w całości wykonany na open sourcowym oprogramowaniem , blender + ślinik renderujący cycles. Nie jestem specjalistą od photo wizualizacji architektury, ale dostrzegam duży potencjał i możliwości pracy z tym programem. Oczywiście 0 używania Photoshopa, wszystko zostało wykonane jako 3d model.

Dzisiaj wrzucam diagram koncepcyjny domu po spadku , Wyszła z tego transformacja domu atrialnego. Co ciekawe w klasycznym domu atrialnym, atrium z reguły jest zamkniętym elementem dostępnym od wewnątrz domu, w mojej opcji otwieram atrium na krajobraz.

Kilka szkiców z pracy nad rzutami, i układem przestrzennym, Wszystkie szkice wykonałem w Blender, a następnie na podstawie nich budowałem zarys funkcjonalny domu .

Rozpocząłem pracę nad uszczegółowieniem architektury, dopracowaniem rzutów i opracowaniem założeń konstrukcyjnych. Uznałem że na tym etapie przeskoczę z blendera do freecad, to znaczy nadal część koncepcyjna i myślenie o rozwiązaniach będzie wykonywana w blenderze , ale główny model BIM zostanie wykonany we FREECAD, przemawia za tym kilka argumentów:

I started working on detailing the architecture, refining projections and developing construction assumptions. I decided that at this stage I will jump from blender to freecad, that is, still the conceptual part and thinking about solutions will be done in the blender, but the main BIM model will be done in FREECAD, there are several arguments for this:

- freecad jest programem bardziej inżynierskim i cadowym, łatwiej wykonać dokumentacje w nim 

- freecad is a more engineering and cad program, it is easier to do documentation in it

- z początku myślałem, że model zrobię w blenderze, ale uznałem że jeśli dokumentacje zrobię we freecad, nie ma sensu duplikować pracy, blendera wykorzystam do modelowanie niektórych elementów ( teren) i wizualizacji i  poeksperymentuje z przepływem pracy (export import, optymalizacja pracy).

At first I thought that I would make the model in a blender, but I decided that if I do the documentation in freecad, there is no point in duplicating the work, I will use the blender for modeling some elements (terrain) and visualization and experiment with the workflow (export import, work optimization).

0011.210111_Detal ułożenia desek na dachu

Bardzo zależy mi, żeby cała bryła zrobiona była z jednego materiały ( drewna palonego), jednym z ciekawszych detali jakie trzeba rozwiązać to jak ułożyć deski na dachu. Przecież nie przykręcimy ich do poszycia nie niszcząc go. 

I really want the entire block to be made of one material (shou sugi ban ), one of the most interesting details that need to be solved is how to arrange the boards on the roof. After all, we will not screw them to the cover without destroying it.

Pomysł jest prosty, użyje jako głównego poszycia blachy lub płyt warstwowych dachowych ( z izolacją z pianki PIR lub PUR). Na szczycie blachy montujemy wąsy z blachy w kształcie litery C, a następnie na te wąsy zakładamy ceowniki z blachy ocynkowanej, takie rozwiązanie pozwoli nam dokładnie wyregulować poziomy pomiędzy łatami. Do tego można już bezpośrednio montować deski, nie niszcząc poszycia dachowego.

Dzisiaj podgoniłem trochę prace nad modelem, nadal jest bardzo roboczy, ale zmierza w dobrym kierunku. Na ten moment zastanawiają minie,

0003.210107-Przechodzę do modelowania w 3d

Zaczynam przechodzić do 3 wymiaru, Ten prosty massing ma mi pomóc w opracowaniu założeń urbanistycznych, szczególnie zależy mi na zbudowaniu dobrych proporcji i klimatu w uliczce pomiędzy domami. wyobrażam sobie ją jako taką wielozadaniową przestrzeń o przyjemnej wiejskiej zabudowie.

Istota mojego podejścia do projektowania, jest zawsze kontekst, i on warunkuje mi rozwiązanie problemów. W projekcie domu po spadku istotne są założenia, które sobie przyjąłem:

The essence of my approach to design is always the context, and it determines the solution to problems.  In the house design after the inheritance, the assumptions I made are important:

1. Górski leśny, klimat / mountain forest, climate

2. I kilka zabudowań o tym samym charakterze / And a few buildings of the same character

Chcę ten temat przećwiczyć w kontekście min 4 domów ( to pozwoli też przećwiczyć różne układy funkcjonalne). I sprawdzić zależność funkcjonalna, urbanistyczna i krajobrazowa, między budynkami i między krajobrazem. To dość trudny teren, dlatego takie zależności są świetnym ćwiczeniem na wielu płaszczyznach projektowych i prezentacyjnych.  Ważne, żeby tak ulokować budynki żeby zachować widok, i stworzyć przestrzeń pomiędzy budynkami z odpowiednim klimatem. Wydaje mi się, że pójście w dość prosty szachownicowy układ może dać ciekawy efekt.

I want to practice this topic in the context of at least 4 houses (this will also allow me to practice different functional layouts). And check the functional, urban and landscape relationship between buildings and between landscapes. It is quite a difficult terrain, so such relationships are a great exercise in many design and presentation levels. It is important to position the buildings in such a way as to maintain the view and to create a space between buildings with the right atmosphere. 0003.210103- co się stanie jeśli położymy dom atrialny na stoku

Myśląc o tworzeniu koncepcji domu na stoku, nurtował mnie  problem wpisania budynku w kontekst góry (pomijając kulturowy aspekt z jej archetypem domu ze spadzistym dachem),  Jeśli na płaskim terenie dom z płaskim dachem wpisuje się w krajobraz równiny to jeśli ten sam motyw zastosuje na stoku, tzn. położę budynek z płaskim dachem na stoku, otrzymam ten sam efekt, budynek wpiszę się w geometrie podłoża . Idąc tym tokiem myślenia. a używając typologii domu atrialnego obróconego o pewien kąt, otrzymamy ciekawy efekt otwarcia atrium na widok ze stoku. 

When thinking about creating the concept of a house on a slope, I was concerned about the problem of including the building in the context of the mountain (ignoring the cultural aspect with its archetype of a house with a sloping roof). , i.e. I will put a building with a flat roof on a slope, I will get the same effect, the building will fit into the geometry of the ground. Following this line of thinking. and using the typology of an atrial house turned by a certain angle, we get an interesting effect of opening the atrium to the view from the slope.

 O nowym projekcie myślę mocno materiałowo, kontekst jest leśny, na zboczu , chciałbym żeby dom zniknął na tle lasu, ale jednocześnie zachował, charakter. Dlatego zastanawiam się nad czarnym drzewem na fasadzie i dachu, wiem że etap za wczesny na takie decyzje, ale ten materiał by idealnie pasował, Dlatego padło na drewno palone .

Japanese firewood (shou sugi ban) - is a Japanese technique of burning wood, giving it a unique character, and a black color, which is perfect for blending the design into the context of the forest. 210101-Nowy start - nowy pomysł na blog

Nowy rok nowe rozdanie :),

Mógłbym podsumować  poprzedni rok, ale nie chce tego robić , wielu uważa go za beznadziejny patrząc przez pryzmat covida i wielu nie fajnych spraw, które się wydarzyły przez to całe szaleństwo, ale ja go tak nie postrzegam, wole patrzeć na te dobre strony. Było ich kilka, a dla mnie najważniejszy, to narodziny mojego 3 dziecka. 

I could summarize the previous year, but I don't want to do it, many find it hopeless looking through the prism of covid and a lot of not cool things that happened through all this madness, but I don't see it that way, I prefer to look at the good sides. There were several of them, and for me the most important was the birth of my 3 child.

Z nowym rokiem, mam postanowienie zmodyfikować trochę formę pisaniana blogu, chciał bym wdrożyć kilka projektów typologii domów, ale wprowadzić formę dziennika projektowego, nie wiem jak to wyjdzie, ale na tym moment intryguje mnie taka forma i przychodzi mi wiele pomysłów do głowy jak ją tworzyć .  

With the new year, I have a decision to modify a bit the form of blogging, I would like to implement some house typology projects, but introduce the form of a design journal, I do not know how it will turn out, but at this moment I am intrigued by this form and I have many ideas about how create.
